WE DID NOT PAY FOR THIS

WEATHER   It has been quite cold since we got here, not the usual Arizona weather but I still do not wear socks and shoes but just my sandals. I usually have to put on a light jacket and mornings still show a bit of frost on the car until the sun is up. Yesterday was quite nice and today it is to be 22 but then we get hit with  cooler weather which they call a Frigid Artic Blast which is to last for a full week and to be only about 10 during the days and -3 at night. Now I know that sounds like shorts and tank top weather to you at home but the warnings on TV for this Artic Blast, say cover your plants, and wrap your exposed pipes.   We did not pay for this!!! We spent our hard earned money to have sun and lots of heat...but then my emails bring forth winter weather warnings at home for blizzard conditions, icy roads, and 20 cm more of snow and we feel blessed to wrap our pipes for a week..
We will also take in all we can of today's 22 degree and be grateful.

Stay safe dear Sask family and friends. Stay home if you can and if you must go out, be careful and drive smart.
