Yesterday was a day to clean, and wash clothes with all the extra bedding and towels that company produces. We do not have a washer or dryer in this place as we did last year but just a short jaunt around the corner (but I drive) to the laundry room.
While clothes were washing and drying I walked across the street to our Lac Pelletier friends place to try to help with their Internet problems. Don and Betty Loeppky arrived on Dec 30th to rent a park model that we found for them here in Sunscape. It is nice to have a bit of the lake here, to do things with and to talk home language. Now if they just could get their Internet working Grrrrr......
They came over to our place in the afternoon and we continued to try to contact the company that provides the Internet and had no luck with them returning calls .......
We just vegged in the evening but did have a nice Skype visit with Terri and Rosaire. If you have Skype add me as a contact ...I am just listed as Cheryl Nybo (original hey).... and we could have a coffee and visual visit....Just don't expect me to have my hair combed or makeup on if it is early morning lol
Today are the monthly yard sales here at the park so I may take a scoot around and see what is selling. They really are just a table put out in front of their motor home or house or their car trunk opened and a few things put their to sell.... I think I will put out a table and put our Christmas decorations on it and say Take if you want anything before it goes in the garbage.......

ReplyDeleteGlad to have you back blogging you may not think so but I enjoy reading and did miss while you had the girls there. Got passed the birthday day not bad this year as last year bothered me shall we say a tad. It does make me wonder though where on earth did 70 go. Have a great sunny day actually sunny here today. Sunny abd windy yesterday so once again most of my yard snow has gone again. Keep up the good blog work. vel

Cheryl,I agree with Vel. Every day the girls were with you I checked to see if there was any news on your blog and was disappointed when I kept seeing the old "Boxing Day"! I knew you were probably out having fun with the kids (as you should) but I do have to say I missed my daily reading! :-) Glad you're back!
